E dopo Enigma, il baraccone pop presentato a fine dicembre, Lady Gaga riprende possesso del Theater at the new Park MGM resort di Las Vegas per la seconda parte della sua lunga residency, intitolata Jazz and Piano Engagement.
L’artista ha per l’occasione deciso di tornare a vestire panni (e ad acconciature) classici, interpretando alcune delle più celebri canzoni del repertorio jazz statunitense e inserendo qua e là alcune reinterpretazioni. voce e piano delle sue hit più celebri, come la splendida paparazzi.
Fra le sorprese della serata anche la presenza del collega Tony Bennett, con il quale Lady Gaga ha registrato il disco di cover Cheek to cheek, e l’inclusione nella scaletta di La vie en rose, cantata da Mother Monster nel film A Star is born.
